I'm new to smoothies and was excited to try one tomorrow when I realized I have a blood draw at work that i must fast for. If I make it at home without ice, do you think it'll be ok at work in 1 or 1.5 hours? I'll add ice at work. Thoughts?

Here's what i plan on adding.
spinach
strawberries
almond milk
protein powder
yogurt
flax meal

Make it tonight and stick it in the freezer (just leave a space at the top for expansion) I work outside for a living and it's hard for me to keep a lunchbox cold all day. I found if I freeze it the night before and take it out in the morning it not only keeps my lunch cold but thaws enough for me to drink it around lunch time. So for you, i'd suggest taking it out in the morning and not putting it in anything, within 1-1 1/2 hours it'll thaw.

I think I froze it too long and it's solid this morning. That's ok, I'll have it for lunch!

@pomegranatecloud I'm going to try just refrigerating it.
