If so, what recipe did you use?
I want to make one for breakfast tomorrow but I'm a bit worried it's going to be way too thick, considering how much it thickens Greek yogurt as it is. I want to use this recipe, which I've never tried before

I use Quest protein powder to make mine, and it turns out perfect, not stodgy at all. I'll post the recipe soon. I'm on my phone so can't access it.0

They're all pretty similar. Mine has less cream cheese and some milk. We'll see. I used 1/3 fat cream cheese, in my experience it was just worth the extra calories (I made protein cheesecakes before but never with Quest powder and I used another recipe).0 -

So I had some for breakfast... totally beats the recipe I used to make. Tasty and the texture is perfect! It does taste more like a Greek yogurt cheesecake than a regular cheesecake though, but I'm glad I went with 1/3 fat cream cheese. Yeah it does. I'm guessing that the fact that I used Quest is why mine is not.
Anyway, got to make sure to tell my husband that it's not that great so he leaves me the whole thing (he doesn't like protein stuff anyway, right?).
