Hi everyone,
I've just got back into training after an over extended Xmas break. Looking to connect with like minded individuals to motivate each other.
I do a couple of days strength training a week, kickboxing (new thing, the fitness and conditioning hour is intense! No sparring yet!) then another night I either run, play squash, swimming, indoor climbing etc to keep it fresh. Looking to get down to 75kg (165lbs). At 83kg just now.
