gaining some muscle and weight

Hey everyone,I've been continously going to the gym for the last year at least and ive gained about 9 lbs of muscle,but i seem to be at a bit of a plateau! any advice or motivation would be greatly appreciated! feel free to add me if you also like to keep fit and go to the gym

Eat more food, proper rest, and continue to progress with the weight you're lifting. Either by more reps or higher weight.
Chances of you were eating the same amount everyday and you gained only 9 pounds in a year, that you were eating at a very mild surplus. To which you've hit a weight where that surplus is now more so your daily maintenance. Id try increasing your calories by 250 every 1-2weeks until your weight starts to slowly increase. Also are you using a structured lifting program or just whatever you feel like that day?0
