Hi, Everyone! I just results back from a mandatory blood draw we did for work. It seems my cholesterol is a bit high and my blood sugar was just 2 points over the recommended level. I'd love to hear your low carb, low cholesterol recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks!
