Hi guys Im trying to get really good abs before my bday.I started working out and losing weight only 3 weeks ago.I checkd my weightloss last week and had lost 2 pounds. This week i checked I only lost 0.4 pounds :-(. Im thinking is it because of me using Truvia I started using truvia 2 packets just 3 days ago.I also used Walden Farms Zero Calorie Chocolate Syrup.I heard sugar subsitutes slow down weightloss.I eat 1200 calories everyday and do Insanity Max 30.I just need to lose 10 pounds not much. What might be wrong here

People always lose weight fast in the beginning and then it slows down. You will have some weeks that you will lose a little and others that you will lose a lot. Just take it all in stride and be patient.0

I would guess that it has less to do with the truvia and more to do with the very common water weight variations our bodies go through.

Weight loss is not linear. You will have weeks where you lose more, weeks where you lose less, and weeks were you gain even while in a calorie deficit. This is because all weight does is measure weight, not fat. Your fat could go down, but you could be retaining water and that would make your weight stay the same or even go up short term. Measure and log what you eat carefully, stay at your calorie goal, and the fat will come off.0

Hey Minaz it's a great question u asked many people in weight loss program have similar issues basically what's going on here id when your body hits plateau it top responding to your workouts and meal plan I would recommend you to change you workout program try doing HIIT cardiovascular and mostly in early morning have a honey and warm water drink with 5-6 black seeds trust this works for all but u have to do this on empty stomach before your morning cardio or breakfast almost a hour before I hope you liked my answer and I'm glad I helped you with it.
Happy training ✌0 -

Black seeds? Empty stomach? Before cardio? Nope nope nope everything in post is a nope.0 -
I don't think the Truvia is the problem. What you may want to do is adjust your expectations. With only 10 pounds to lose .5 pounds a week is a good rate of loss.0

Losing less than a pound is no way considered a plateau.
Minaz, you've been at this for 3 weeks, you have 10 pounds to lose and have probably set yourself at a 2 pound per week goal? With so little to lose, it would be difficult to sustain that kind of deficit. Be realistic, set your goal for .5 pound loss per week, eat at a moderate deficit, keep at your fitness for the extra calories and be patient.
Ignore this nonsense about seeds and "special drinks", actually, ignore that entire post.
