Microwave 8 ounces of egg whites on high in a bowl. Place on top of bagel, and top with cheese, or whatever else you like. It's very filling and high in protien.

My everyday breakfast is an english muffin, egg white and non-fat slice of cheese...of course, not a big deal if it is a whole egg or slice of swiss...but you get the point.

Then I add a yoghurt and fruit...

I use the bagel thins (2/3 less calories) and add some ham. Really good!

I normally eat it when I don't feel like cooking something for dinner. Calories for me are not an issue.

If calories aren't an issue, why not use the whole egg?

    Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

There is only 9 grams of fat, not using low fat cheese. If I add yokes, it adds fat. If you have something to say, just say it.

I'm trying to picture 1 CUP of egg whites on a bagel.....is this as tall as a Big Mac?

Dietary fat does not make us fat, it's an essential nutrient. There are plenty of other heart healthy fats if you have medical conditions and need to be worried about saturated fat.

I know the body needs fat. My fat macro is 53 grams a day. So, depending on what I eat for a given day, it helps me stay under that. As well as being filling. It's not something I eat every day.
