Hello group, I can eat up to 2480 calories a day I went over my sodium by 2000mg and fat by 2g but still ate under my goal...if I go over the sodium and fat but still stay under did I mess up today?

No you'll be fine. Weight loss comes down to a calorie deficit. As long as your consistently eating at a deficit, you'll be fine. You may retain some water from the extra sodium but that's normal and temporary.0

I wouldn't worry too much about sodium unless you have a specific reason too. Personally, I like to keep an eye on how much I take in, because of hypertension. I also have bad knees, and too much sodium makes them hurt and swell. But that's a choice tailored to me.0
