Meal/Snack ideas welcome!

Hey everyone :) So I am looking to spruce up my snack options in the 300-400 calorie range - really more of a small meal ideas- anyone care to share their go to's?

For background, I aim to eat about 1500-1600 calories a day, and split them up pretty evenly between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an afternoon "snack". I have breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack at work, I have access to a fridge/microwave but they need to be quick/low maintenance to prepare.

The past few weeks, it's been either 1 tbsp PB with 1 tsp natural low sugar jam on 2 slices ezekiel toast with an apple/pear or roasted turkey deli meat on a trader joe's everything bagel slim (love these) smeared with some hummus with a piece of fruit (both are in the 300-350 calorie range).

Thanks!!

Ps - why does everyone has an opinion on what you "should" eat? I had someone scoff at the fact that my "snack" is a sandwich (even tho it's 300 calories).

I snack on cereal, my go to is Cinnamon Toast Crunch (I eat it dry), homemade trail mix (cashews, almonds, dark chocolate chips) and an apple or 2 clementines, granola, and cinnamon sugar pita chips with half a tbsp of peanut butter. It generally ranges from 130-250 calories. I try to keep my snacks at 250 or below.

What about a home made smoothie?? I usually make mine with frozen mango or blueberries, milk and some honey blend all together comes out nice and creamy, one glass usually fills me up for a snack

Don't let anyone tell you not to have your sandwich! My snacks are almost always mini meals, too.

I like snacking on baby carrots (giant bag for 100cal), granola/raw bars (like Clif), dried fruit, fresh Medjool dates, bananas (you can eat a great portion for 300-400cal if you use the peeled entry), rice cakes with peanut butter, soy yogurt with granola... I find them pretty satisfying.

Also, potato/sweet potato chunks baked in the oven would make a great snack. You get a lot of volume and nutrition for the ~400cal. I can even fit in a dip!
