Cant stop looking at the scale for results

Been in gym bout a month. .have lost sme descent weight bt seems like only in chest an legs stomach an obliques doesnt seem like weight going down.scared to do ab wrk because i dnt want muscles to build make stomach look bigger

This. Anyways, if you're going for that "toned" look, that still comes from a heavy resistance program. Weight lifting is your friend. If you aren't consciously bulking, you will not gain muscle to make you look fat (not that it does anyways..)

No. A calorie deficit will make them go down, assuming we are not talking pure muscle, which I'm doubting.

Srry guys im new to this trying to lose weight ..trying to learn valuable info..i was 242 now bout 230..wanna gt bout 210 bt toned .i do lots of cardio an light weights.. my chest an legs went down an looks like its toning bt stomach an obliques looks like its not going down..0
