So I'm wanting to make a goal board.. But I suck at making goals. Lol :/ like.. For some reason, I just can't comprehend them when making them for myself. If someone tells me "a good goal would be xxxlbs by xxday" then I can strive for it. But I always feel my goals are crazy. Maybe not.. But I'd like others help creating them anyway. Lol

I currently weigh 184lbs, my FINAL goal is 120lbs.
Aprox. 65lbs to lose.

I'm going on a cruise in July and I'd like to be about 150lbs, but who knows if that's reasonably obtainable.. So there is one goal I have in mind.

But I'd like to make smaller goals in between. What would be some good goal weights/dates to keep me on track?

I also like the rewards idea, but there are so many options on Pinterest lol!
My reward for my final goal would be a new wardrobe of course..

Have you or do you use a motivational board like one of these?? If so, share yours if you don't mind! (: I like to see them.

I love these kinds of boards, but you really have to figure out what you want- only what you really want will motivate you. The app Happy Scale actually sets goals for you in increments that you choose. You put in your goal weight and how many increments you want to break it up into. I love it.

I'm not into the boards either. One idea I've seen, and its simple: get 2 clear glass jars. Get a bunch of marbles/stones/etc. Designate each stone = 1 pound or 5 pounds, depending on what works for you. One jar is weight to lose, and the other is weight lost.

Personally when I was losing, I'd look forward to the next 5# mark. Like when I got under 170, I looked forward to seeing 165. Then 160, etc. on the scale.

The marbles and jar are a good idea. And I like the increments of 5.

I will definitely checkout that app as well! Thanks!
