    Fitness is being able to do the things I want to do, not being limited by my body.

    Exercise is therapy and me time, as people said, it's time to get outside and cure my cabin fever, to be alone with my thoughts, or to leave my thoughts behind and take in the scenery.

    I don't know why I fall into a rut sometimes. I need to remember the great feeling of being fit comes with and never forget.

    This is a big part of what it is for me. But it's also therapy to me as well and more.

    As I get older I realize more and more the importance of fitness. Unlike the material things in our lives (possessions) or the temporary things (e.g. one's job) fitness has real meaning and real value.

    Our fitness also influences (models for) those around us and I want to be that positive influence on my family and friends.
