Question is in the title really......what the heck is carb cycling?! How do i do it?! And what are the benfits??

Yes - keep below 100 grams/day most days, then once a week bump up to 150-200.0

As Yarwell said: It's eating different amounts of carbs on different days.
People will commonly have a higher carb day on a day that they exercise (often with the carbs being consumed around the work out) and eat lower number of carbs on their rest days. In these instances people often say that they feel that they have more energy for the work out than otherwise.0 -
It's for elite athletes really to maximise performance
not so much a dieting tool IMO - there are far simpler ways0
