Hi, does cous cous double in weight when cooked?
I don't know how much to put on my log as the packed only has the below which is cooked weight
I used 300g last night and got 3 meals out of it - does this mean each serving was 316kcal??
Typical values
(cooked) per 100g:
Energy 669kJ/158kcal 614kJ
Protein 6.6g
Carbohydrate 29.6g
of which sugars 1.0g
Fat 0.9g
of which saturates 0.1g
Fibre 2.5g
Sodium 0.10g
