What should I log a fitness DVD as ?

Hi guys I'm doing the Charlotte Crosby fitness DVD and was just wondering what I should log it as, I don't have a fit bit or heart rate monitor thing or anything like that? What do you suggest? Thanks

A HRM is designed for steady state cardio only.
Aerobics - general, high impact, etc
Strength training (log under cardiovascular)
Circuit training = combines cardio & strength
Dance
Yoga
Pilates
Pick a category & put in the number of minutes.0
