Couch to 5k day one?

So I just finished day one of ct5k, and I can't figure out how many calories I burnt.

It's 30mins total..

22 mins of walk/brisk walk (116 cals according to mfp)
8 mins of jogging (66 cals according to mfp)

So I just logged it as 182 calories burnt. does that sound right?

I don't know either way, but I feel good to have finished day 1 anyways! Lol
