I've always been in shape and never had to worry about eating healthy till 3 years ago, I was in a accident and gained close to 100lbs now im trying to get it off and learn how to exercise in a gym

Exercising in a gym is good for overall fitness but, as your subject suggests, your food intake has a lot more to do with losing weight.
As far as moderation goes, your body gets used to it after a while. I now no longer eat until I'm stuffed but until I'm not hungry anymore. It took a bit until it was enough but now it is.0 -
I am learning to watch my food intake also, and I have 100lbs to lose. So you tho k we can motivate each other?0
