    I am hungry after I work out. One protein bar is not enough. What other food is good to consume after exercise?

    Fruit smoothie with kale, carrots, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, yogurt and use water, green tea or V8 fusion/splash to thin it out. Cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger are always welcome too. Use different fruit/veggie combo to find one you really like. One great combo in banana with PBfit or PB2.
