Please help me

I have been on this journey for 249 days and I've lost 4st 5lb. I only want to lose another 7lb for now. I was doing really well with my food and eating, so I decided to pick up on my excise. I start doing insanity and I enjoy doing it. Then I got a cold so I tried to carry on and so realise it wasn't working out with a cold so stop waited for the cold to go then I carried on. I did this for 2 weeks but was struggling for fit it in with my life with all the stuff I do. Now my routine has changed again not for the better so my excise has became less and less, for the last 5-7 days I have either been going over calories or gorging and stuffing my face even when I'm not hungry. I hate my self right now! One of my friends the other day posted a picture of herself and she lost 4st and looked super good and I was actually jealous of her! That's bad considering I lost more but she looks better then me I still have a saggy stomach and need to tighten it up.We go on holiday in under 2 weeks and I wanna get back on track and sort myself out before we go. So I can look at myself and feel go again. Can anyone help me or give me suggestions

Congratulations on your weight loss! You've done so well!
I've had feelings in the past about not being able to work out due to various things and then I feel bad about it and my eating goes downhill. It's all or nothing thinking and it doesn't help. You can still lose weight even if you don't work out. If you still want to work out you can find very short workouts on youtube that you can do at home. Lifting weights especially will help reshape and firm up your body and feel better about it.
Don't give up! You've come so far. You've had a little slump and that's ok. Just don't let it get out of control. If you correct it now it'll just be a bump in the road. We all have them.0
