So what's on the menu for everyone tonight? Quick dinner for us as it's been a busy day s we're having spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread

    Recovering from gastroenteritis so have been on a horrible toast & rice bland diet. Tonight had a small baked chicken breast, roast zucchini & a little baked spud. It was heavenly!

    If I end up working late, I have a lean cuisine and a bag of veggies to go with. Laaame but I may be stuck here until 9 which is hell on earth. Or usually is. Me plus 3 very difficult to put to bed kids. Don't know how both parents do it, let alone just one "not Mommy" adult.

    If I get to go home on time, which I very much hope so, I'm making red beans and rice from scratch with turkey Sausage.

    We are having an unseasonably warm day so we are doing vegan venison jalapeno burgers on the grill with assorted raw veggies as a side.
