Feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed but want to get back on track!!

I've got some *kitten* happening in my life (PTSD-related) that has pretty much reduced me to wanting to eat all the time and spend the rest of the time sleeping.
I have already backtracked so much, and I don't want to backtrack even more!

All I want to do is start walking again everyday (for now) but my brain is in a funk.
I would dearly appreciate encouragement, ideas for how to trick myself into walking, stress management tips, and words of support.

    Find a park. Find a place where you can hear the animals, the wind, the trees. Yes, the trees... they talk to you when you're out walking. Other lifeforms are thriving all around if you pay close enough attention. And then there's you in the midst of it all. Your one and only life that you've been given. It can be a humbling experience.

    Get out there and start walking.... the universe will take care of the rest. :smiley:




    (And I promise I haven't smoked anything today.)
