Hi folks!
I have a hashtag I use on Twitter called #SmallVictories, which I use to keep myself motivated to keep going. Anything that can be considered progress goes under this category. For example, when I first started working out, I couldn't even run. Now, two months later, I'm able to run nearly three-quarters of a mile. My short-term goal is to be able to run a mile without stopping, and I'm well on my way to that goal.
What are your #SmallVictories?

I let myself get way too hungry before lunch but still counted my calories before I ate and kept it under control. Yay me.0

At the grocery store tonight they had their 'homemade' donuts marked down to $1.99 a dozen. As much as I know, and as much as I've been through, they were still soooooo hard to resist. RESIST I DID!!0
