Pretty new here. Trying to track my meals, exercise a few times a week and stick to it. Hoping the app helps me with the last part. Not sure what else to do on the app. Advice always welcome.

Find yourself a key group of supporters that will push you and keep you motivated/accountable. Although, ultimately you have to rely on yourself for motivation/accountability. Having friends on here does help though.0

I've been doing it for around 30 days now. The app really helps but it's great to have some supporters to encourage and also great to see their successes because that's inspiring in itself. I'll add you if you don't mind?0
