Just wondering what everyone thinks of my macros/diet? I am 18 years old, 5ft6 and 175lbs give or take. I have been battling with my weight for the last three or so years. Therefore I've decided to give carb cycling a go. At the moment on an average day I eat about 70g fat, 150-200g carbs and 100g protein, eating about 1600 calories a day. I cycle about 25miles a week, gym 3-4 times a week (just started lifting), climbing/bouldering once a week, walk 10000 steps or more a day and sorting the horse out three mornings a week- so pretty active! I don't know what my body fat is, but I imagine its somewhere between 25%-30%.......
so does anyone have any advice how I can tweak my diet? maybe not eating so much peanut butter for a start..... and also how many carbs I should eat on a high/normal/ low day? or any other general opinions? My weight just wont budge!! frustrated!!

I also drink 3l+ of water a day, use a Fitbit flex to track data, I generally eat whole foods and I enjoy cooking from scratch. I don't buy bread, pasta, chocolate, processed foods etc. On reflection maybe the big problem with my diet is that I have occasional binges/ eat too much of one thing I.e peanut butter and nakd bars!0

Workout your required calorie intake. Track your calories. You can adjust your macros to suit your life style once you've got your calories under control.0

There are some carb cycling ideas at https://www.t-nation.com/diet-fat-loss/research-approved-carb-cycling with the "strict" phase at 50 grams carbs per day. You currently eat more sugar than that, and the 50g is supposed to be from vegetables, so a bit of thought and planning is required. Another review is at https://breakingmuscle.com/nutrition/build-lean-muscle-with-intermittent-fasting-carb-and-calorie-cycling
At 175 lbs and female your BF is probably around the mid-30s %
Eating 1400 calories should be realistic and give a quicker initial loss.
