Anyone have a big weight loss, not doing anything different?!

I lost 2.6 pounds this week! I've been at it since August and I'm down 45 pounds, but of course it's slowed down since around December and I lose 1/2 a pound to 1.8 pounds a week, sometimes I exercise, sometimes I don't, and this week I didn't and had a big loss! I basically eat the same thing every day, I can't complain though! It's just out of the norm for me and wondering if that's nomal

My weight loss is also all over the place right now. I don't exercise at all. Ever. My loss's are usually around 1.6 a week. But last week was 4lbs and this week was 4.2lbs. Not sure why, but I'll take it!0
