Hi. Every time I run or walk for at least a mile, my feet hurt really bad, do you know if I need to do?

get fitted at a running store for shoes. Not size, but type. do you pronate (over or under?) or are you a neutral foot striker? this is the most important part of running/walking shoes. you need the support where your foot collapses and less where it doesn't. I had over-pronating shoes and my shins seized up after a quarter mile for the rest of a workout. Went to neutral shoes and can run miles on them. A proper fitting will include analyzing your gait and look at your worn shoes.

This. Absolutely. It's worth the money to get fitted by someone who knows what they're doing
