Need a group of workout friends

When most people look at me, their reaction is "you're not overweight!" and I know I'm not (I weigh 119 lbs). But when I look in the mirror, I see all the belly fat I've been hiding under high-waisted jeans and loose shirts. I just want a couple of people who will motivate each other and check in with each other to make sure that the other person is exercising, feeling well, and logging in their food. Most of all, I just want some people who will encourage me to keep going, even if I'm not seeing any progress. My ideal is a group of people who will keep each other on track.
A little more about my fitness journey: I started MFP around January 2015 and used it up until around June 2015, when I went on vacation. After I came back, I just never had the will to get back into the workout flow. Right about 20 days before my senior year, I decided that I wanted to cut out as much belly fat as I could. I lost a lot of belly fat, but only 2 or 3 pounds. I went on vacation again in December 2015 and stopped working out for a month. I gained back the fat and weight I shed before (I originally weighed 126 lbs). As my New Year's resolution, I decided to start up AGAIN. Just last week I weighed myself and found that I lost a whopping 7 pounds. The only issue was, I couldn't see any fat loss. I'm adding in more cardio to see if that will do the trick.
