Thought edamame has potassium. Why isn't there any in the choices provided by this app?

Because potassium often isn't well tracked on here. Could be user entries you are looking at by people who aren't tracking it and therefore didn't enter it, but from what I've read on the boards it is a common issue. I don't track it so I have never looked at it in an entry.

Because entries are user based. Sometimes the use making the entry isn't thorough when entering macro and micro nutrients. Which is also why you want to pay attention to make sure entries are correct for calorie content. Not long ago I saw an entry for garlic with 1000 calories.

Search Edamame usda, those entries (works for all fruits/veggies) are usually better than random user generated ones.
