Hi I'm Kathryn. I'm type 1 diabetic. I am struggling horribly with loosing weight. I try to eat better but it is a up hill battle. Anyone with advice???

    Former type 2 here. Yup it's a balancing act. MFP can help. As you gradually reduce calories you will have to modify your insulin.
