I lost my first 10 lbs easily , then I stopped losing weight but, I lost about an inch of my waist, hips, and thighs. Then I started gaining weight and I put on over an inch on my waist, hips and thighs. I have been eating less and exercising more. Anyone else have this happen and end in success? I'm really getting discouraged it would help a ton to here a success story that had that happen to them.

    Are you doing any type of fitness activity to promote a calorie burn?

    Activities can include walking, jogging, running, Cycling, swimming, Cycling, yoga, weight lifting etc etc

    Yes I exercise 1 hour 6 days a week, I alternate between an elliptical, walking on a treadmill and on the road, and swimming.
