Today smashed cardio 30 min incline 15 , with 30 second running intervals at 4.5 speed every min , followed by a banging chest and tricep workout. After that post shake and protein cookie . foot long Subway tuna with old bay , then work and I work in hospital . A "FITBIT" can't handle my steps lol. Had another protein cookie then a bother shake. End of my shift and have still about 1k cal to eat. Decisions .
