My weekly report shows I have taken in 10,900 calories and burned 20,900 calories. My plan deficet is -7,000. The weekly report says I'm -3,000. Does that mean I should have burned 3k more or should have eaten 3k more. Damn confusing thing. Help!

That means you burned an extra 3k, but I agree that the wording is confusing. It took me a little longer than I'd like to admit playing with a calculator and trying to figure the same thing out when I first got mine, haha.1
