Always looking for advice to improve.

New to both keto and fitness pal. Enjoying it so far. In a stall at this point after losing 8 lbs. I will continue to vary the diet till I find the right mix for me. Trying to up my protein now and see if that works. Eating 4-6 oz a day now with 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil and 2-3 tbsp of butter. As well my heavy cream in my coffee ( bullet coffee). Hope it works as it is very discouraging not seeing the scale move.

    So are you doing keto for weight loss or do you plan to do it for the rest of your life?
