no weight loss

I do not know what I am doing wrong...... I work out weights and cardio 4 times a week sometimes 5. I stay under my calorie count. I am not starving myself by any means lots of fruits and veggies along with my protein. I drink my water and stay away from sweets. I have been doing this for a month and I have lost 2 pounds. Now I will say this my pants are starting to get looser and my clothing is fitting better. Some one help

    You have lost weight. Be patient and keep going.
    If you are not losing at the rate you think you should then check the accuracy of your logging first.

    Are you weighing your food? Check for accuracy again.

    If I eat fruit, I eat it early in the morning and that's it. Make sure you are getting healthy fat in your diet as well.

    If you clothes are fitting differently, you are building muscle and lowering your body fat. Those are great things.

    I judge a lot by the way my clothes fit vs the scale. I weigh every 5 weeks. And log all my calories. A scale works wonders for accuracy. It really make you see the difference in how much you think you get vs what you really get. It opened my eyes about a year ago.

    Just keep up the good work, and pushing yourself.
