Hello everybody
After my weight loss the previous year (more than 40 lbs) and post dieting binge eating caused by restricted eating, I'm back at 170lbs.I don't binge anymore, I've managed to put it under control. Now I want to get to 143lbs. It's my 5 days on the diet I'm eating around 1500 kcal. I'm exercising 3x times a week in the gym and walk around 6 miles 3 times a week. Can you give me some advice how to prevent binge eating after I lose weight.
