Looking to start out slowly incorporating this into my life. Protein and fats won't be an issue.....its the cards that are gonna kill me.0

There's a low carb group where most of the keto-ers hang out. I can't get the link to paste, but you can search for the low carb group. There's a ton of great info there and wonderful and helpful people!0
