What do you think of my basic/beginner kettlebell routine?

What do you think of my basic/beginner kettlebell routine with some cardio mixed in? I usually do this 3-4 days a week. For better results should I be doing this everyday? Thoughts? Suggestions?
Warm Up - Jump Rope 10 Minutes
Excercise 1 - Kettlebell Swings for 30 seconds
Excercise 2 - Sumo Squats for 30 seconds
Excercise 3 - Single Arm Press (Left Side) Swings for 30 seconds
Excercise 4 - Single Arm Press (Rigt Side) Swings for 30 seconds
Excercise 5 - Juming Jacks for 30 seconds
Excercise 6 - Kettlebell Swings for 30 seconds
Rest for 1 minute and do another 4-5 sets then stretch afterwards for the cool down.
