Just checking in, always looking for advice and support! When I went shopping this week I was checking nutrition labels and making some good decisions! Every day is still a struggle with eating right BUT I am making some progress! I have 4 months until my cruise so I will have to crack down!

My main advice is to stay on the outer aisles of the grocery store- produce, meat/fish and frozen and refrigerated sections. This is where I do most of my buying. I am also on SavingStar and get a credit back for buying healthy food. Once it was oranges another time it was lettuce and this week is pears.0
