Motivation

Hello Everybody,

My weight is 225Ibs , i want to start losing weight from tomorrow, i need some motivation to start and keep trying. Sporting is getting too difficult because of extra weight. I work most of the day behind the desk. As i get more weight i eat more in frustration. Need some motivation to start changing my life.


Thanks and appreciate some one stay along my weight loss trip

    Sporting sounds like something you enjoy. It would be an excellent way to burn calories! Try to find some time to invest in that. Channel your frustration into it instead of food.
