Making a life change and would love some motivational friends :)

I have dieted on and off and I am ashamed of it, but recently I got very ill for 2 weeks and it really changed the way I think about dieting. I don't want to diet anymore I just want to make my body as healthy as it can possibly be. I am sure weight loss will happen along side that, but I want this to be a life change not just a phase. I am only a month in but sometimes I do worry I may loose my motivation in the future and that is the last thing I want. I would love to make some friends on here who are willing to cheer me on, as I would gladly do for you as well. I love seeing others successes and honestly that kind of positive reinforcement really keeps me going. If you are interested please feel free to add me

I'm also trying to change my life and not just lose weight. Losing weight is the bonus to me. I mainly want to feel healthy and gain self confidence because I hardly have any right now.0
