I love tossing them through some sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, kalamata olives and chorizo with a tablespoon of pesto. Delicious.

I eat them all the time.

They can get watery. I lay them out on a paper towel, lightly salt them and place more paper towels on top. About 15 minutes later I replace the paper towels. I probably end up letting them sit for 30 minutes.

Also helps that you have a thicker sauce. Otherwise everything comes out watery.

    I really like them!
I bake them in the oven with smart balance, salt pepper and mozzarella or Parmesan on top or bake them with marinara sauce.

I like zucchini noodles, but these butternut squash ones were WAY better!

Cooked them to al dente, they really had a noodle-y texture and were not watery at all. Had them with turkey bolognese.

inspiralized.com has a ton of recipes, but I particularly like spiralized butternut squash, turnips, beets, cucumbers, and carrots.
