I've been up in down with my weight lost and I've recently took an interest on nutrition because no matter how hard I work at the gym I have to be eating the right kinds of food to reach my fittness goals. I get discourage by all the fittness people on youtube sometimes, with some guys having less the 10 percent body fat. It's been a real struggle for me to even come close to 10 percent but I know it takes time to get the results I want. I just wish there was some sort of short cut.
