reducing refined sugars

I need help kicking the refined sugars out of my diet. Anyone have some good ideas for high protein, sugar free snacks?

    Jerky. Though if you're just worried about refined sugars, eat more fruit.

    Nuts.

    Most fruits contain the same sucrose as refined sugar to some degree - oranges about 50%.

    cheeses, nuts, Atkins Bars, protein shakes, you'll figure it out. NO FRUIT!
