Hi
Since I started on my weight loss journey 5 weeks ago I put my stats as lightly active as I am a stay at home mum and walk/jog 5 mornings s week at my local park for 30 minutes, however I now do 3x 1 hour personal training sessions in evenings as well as walk 30 minutes 5 mornings s week should I change my stats to active? I did this and it has given me an extra 200calories/day to eat I think I am fine with 1500 what do you think keep it at lightly active or change to active?

If you're following MFP's calorie goals, exercise isn't included in activity level. If your loss is right on target. I would stick with lightly active and eat the 1500 plus half of your exercise calories.0
