Losing 20lbs - Started this week!

Hey everyone!

This week I started working towards my goal of losing 20lbs and running 10K by the end of the year.

I'm using the book beck diet solution, and slowly working through the tasks in that book.

Hopefully I can use this message board as kind of a public diary, and hopefully get tips and encouragement from other people on their fitness journey too.

I would love all the advice you can give me from when you first started out!
