Just keep logging, don't worry about what foods you are eating. Log it, good or bad. See if you can make small changes in your diary. The key is tracking your intake.

    You can do this!

it can be tough, but just work on getting back into things. You've identified that you're back to bad habits, and that's a big step. Now you can do something about it. You may have to do some extra work NOW for anything you've gained in terms of weight and having to break bad habits again, but think about it this way: the quicker you begin to address these bad habits, the quicker you can get back to the right track.

Like many people before you, and after you, you may slip a bit, but the important thing is to pick yourself back up and get moving again. Before you know it, you'll be rid of those old habits again and back on track to your goals.

I cannot tell you how many times I have "given up" just to come back again x months later, completely angry at myself for not addressing the problem right there instead of giving up. If I did not give up, I could have been so much closer to my goal, or have already reached it by now many times over. That's my drive to keep going it I ever screw up. I'm better off just shrugging off whatever punches live decided to throw at me and keep on going. If I got knocked back a bit, it doesn't matter. I just keep going because if I didn't, then months down the line when I decide I need to come back to trying to get healthy, i'll have a much longer journey ahead of me.

I know that I get in ruts, too......Just make today better than yesterday. Or start smaller, and make breakfast better, than build your successes - string them together. You will feel the payoff mentally, very soon! Stop telling yourself that you can't.
