I frequently make Mexican and Italian for dinner here.

I've even combined them with Mexican lasagna

All of the above sound delicious and are making me hungry! (haven't had lasagna in so long...)

Lean Cuisine makes a pretty decent lasagna. I have a salad and greek yogurt with it, makes a filling meal!

Well the way I make it serving size ( i can barely eat it - but i looove it even if it hurts :D ) is 630 kcal... Since I'm on 1200 kcal diet when I know I'm eating it for dinner ( we eat dinner quite early...around 5pm) I make a usual cereal breakfast (170 kcal) and small lunch/snack in a form of a yogurt or similar (up to 150) that leaves me with around 250 to work with for evening snack, if I get hungry at all after the big dinner...If not I try to fit in something light like fruit or treat myself to a bit of chocolate :D

*Also I make my lasagnas with lean beef, and 3-4 kinds of cheese with mozzarella being the dominant one.

** So happy i made enough for 2 days so today is once again a happy lasagnas day!!!! awesome! :)
