Hi, first time on this site but hopefully not the last!
Not a professional fitness person by any means but I do love working out every day, mainly step aerobics and upper body weights -- not very heavy atm btw but hoping to improve.
My goals are to maintain my current weight/size and health, but to increase my musculature and hopefully in the long term, my total wellbeing.
