Meal ideas needed ASAP

Hi, I am in need of some tasty healthy meals. I can eat eggs, max of twice a week. I love oatmeal, but I am concerned about the carb count in them. I love fruit but I am allergic to most fruits that have skin: Apples, pears, cherries, peaches....I can do an occasional smoothie ( I sell Herbalife), Then what to eat for snacks, I like cheese, and yogurt again concerned about the carb content in yogurt. Lunch's: salads are delish, but those get boring quick as well as soup. I like the frozen WW meals but I know those aren't good to eat everyday. Then dinner: who the heck knows...meat and vegies most days. I need some help here, please.
