trying to stay motivated this time

I've tried time and time again to lose weight and be the size I was almost four years ago but with work and college and now a child I have gained 28 pounds I'm so determined this time because I need to do this not only to lose weight but to be healthy please someone anyone help encourage me because with my busy schedule it's hard.

    Make habits they last longer than motivation. Start by scheduling some play time with your child everyday. Do something active and fun. Eating a variety of vegetables will also set a good example. I use a timed cooker for making dinner. (look up crock pot or pressure cooker recipes). By having a hot and healthy meal ready and waiting for me at home, I am not tempted to get fast food.
